The Vitality Codes: Chakra Edition

A seasonal unfolding of your highest self through the modalities of esoteric acupuncture, vitalistic chiropractic, and embodied ritual. 

Welcome to your awakening. Led by Dr. Brittany Jauernig, DC, MTAA; the Vitality Codes container begins in August with the opening of the Lion’s Gate Portal and ends in December with the Winter Solstice. Guided by astrology and rooted in the gnowing that vital health and wellness is already encoded within your cells, this container is intentionally curated to balance the masculine and feminine within us all (yin-yang), support the nervous system, and enable the movement of energy through the chakras. This clearing/movement of energy allows you to begin taking responsibility for the co-creation of your life, lends awareness to your emotions and how they are manifesting in your body, deepens your relationship to yourself as Source as well as your connection to deeper levels of consciousness. 

We begin with online and personal work to ready your mind, body, and soul. 

In September, the in-person acupuncture and chiropractic work begins, centered around 1-2 group mini retreats each month to receive the acupuncture medicine. Every mini retreat will begin with a nourishing beverage like various teas with certain herbs or cacao and a guided practice to drop you into your body and prepare you for the acupuncture medicine.  Each participant is then able to schedule their chiropractic sessions during the other weeks at their own convenience. This will also allow each participant to get some one-on-one time with Dr. Britt. 

General Timeline 

(this may be subject to changes, but right now this is how it is coming through)

August: We begin!

8/1: The portal opens. This is where you get access to daily practices including breath-work, somatic movements, journal prompts, mindset exercises, etc. Through this portal you also have access to a group chat with other Dr. Britt and other members. This will allow us to begin building community, get to know each other, be witnessed in any insights or issues that arise, and celebrate each others wins! Our group calls will also be accessed through this portal with a convenient app you can download if you wish.

8/12: New moon in Leo and Total Solar eclipse, Perseid meteor shower

• Best viewing for meteor shower is between midnight and dawn. 

8/27: Full Pisces Sturgeon Moon with deep partial lunar eclipse

This eclipse will be visible in Missouri beginning at 8:23 pm, peaking at 11:12 pm and ending at 2:01 am. Lunar eclipses are safe to view with the naked eye. 

September: Balanced & Rooted

Following the deeply chaotic and often life changing eclipse season, September is a time to integrate, self-reflect and begin clearing away what is no longer serving. 

9/5: Balanced Mini-retreat 10am – noon ish

Held at Midwest Wellness Center and focused on acupuncture medicine for balancing the yin and yang within the body. Awaken the feminine flow and feel the softer side of you come to life. Start allowing the masculine (yang) aspect of yourself to rest and heal.

Week of Sep 8 & 15: Participants can schedule their one on one chiropractic session at any time during these weeks.

9/19: Rooted Mini-retreat 6 pm – 8 ish

Held at Midwest Wellness Center this retreat is centered around the root chakra. The root chakra is our first chakra located at the very base of the spine. The root chakra governs our safety, connection to the Earth and community, and survival. The bone at the base of the spine is an etheric energy pump up the spine. In order to get out of survival mode and access new levels of consciousness, we must ground and connect with the energy of the root chakra.

October: Emotions of Desire

10/3: Flow and Fire 10 am – noonish Mini- retreat at Midwest Wellness Center

Venus Stations retrograde in Scorpio on October 3rd and this is going to bring up all your unmet desires (maybe some you have never even acknowledged in the past) and the seemingly difficult emotions you have refused to look at. Venus rules the sacral chakra and Scorpio is heavily  influenced by Mars which rules the solar plexus. You will be challenged in many ways with this planetary alignment. It is the perfect time for acupuncture medicine to clear the stagnation in your sacral and solar chakras and start meeting your truest self. 

Week of October 6th and 13th: schedule your individual chiropractic session at your own convenience

10/23:  Love Frequency Mini retreat at Midwest Wellness Center 6pm – 8pm

Venus Cazimi in Scorpio. The exact middle of Venus retrograde occurs at 10:50 pm when Venus sits at the center of the Sun. This planetary alignment brings more clarity to this retrograde and also marks the transition of Venus from an Evening Star (seen at night) to a Morning Star (seen in the morning). This is the ultimate invitation to bring your emotions and desires from the shadow into the light. Open your own heart to your most uninhibited dreams and aspirations. You are ready. Acupuncture and group ritual will be centered around the heart Chakra. 

A deep integration will be needed after October. We will return to new daily practices in the online portal. Each participant can schedule individual chiropractic sessions once per week from October 27 – November 10. We will have a group call on November 8 which is the new moon in Scorpio for a guided new moon ritual. This is the height of mercury retrograde in scorpio. This planetary alignment demands deep truth and may unearth your subconscious secrets and long buried memories. Intuition is high and it is time to let yourself be led by your inner gnowing. 

November/December: Voices of the New Earth

11/21: Speaking your truth

Mini retreat at Midwest Wellness Center noon – 2ish. Retrogrades have gone direct and November 21st is the final day of Scorpio season. Today may feel like the pressure is about to erupt as the season turns from secretive deep Scorpio to the lighter and more free Sagittarius. Today we let go of what is not serving, not just with our minds but with our bodies and souls. We lay the foundation for our next steps and prepare for deeper visibility and voice in our lives. Acupuncture medicine will be centered around the throat chakra. 

Week of December 8th: participants can schedule an individual chiropractic session

12/19:   New Earth Consciousness

10 am mini retreat at Midwest Wellness Center

We receive acupuncture medicine for the Ajna (third eye center) and crown chakra. This needling allows for the free flow of intuition and bodily revelations and communications with a higher planetary consciousness. As we prepare to go inward and integrate the year at the winter solstice, you will be prepared to meet the new insights you will be given with an open heart and calm ability to look deeply at yourself.
